The S.F. Mechanical workshop 1930 s.r.l. presents the new palmellar machine, the purpose of this is to obtain on the skins a texture with a slightly creped grain (parchment effect) and at the same time to soften it giving it a pleasant appearance and a pleasant touch.
The structure of the machine is made of steel designed to ensure a quick assembly and reassembly of the palm-oil cylinders (extraordinary maintenance), while maintaining the necessary rigidity.
The opening / closing pallet moves on two strong chromium-plated steel guides and consists of a special aluminum profile, on which the various components are mounted, including the bladder blade.
This solution ensures the rigidity of the pallet in order to maintain a perfect straightness of the blade limiting the weight of the whole assembly.
The opening / closing movement is performed by the self-braking electric motor, connected to a crank connecting rod system. When the pallet is closed, the system is located exactly at the dead end in order to counteract the forces that develop during processing. The position of the closed machine blade is regulated by two flyers placed on the end of the pallet. On request it is possible to connect the left and right movement of the pallet with a single handwheel.
The palmellator cylinders are built respecting the ancient traditions and using modern technology. Composed of a steel core and covered with cork, both have an independent motorization and the speeds are electronically controlled on the appropriate touch-screen display on which it is possible to set the working speed and (at discretion) to vary the speed between the two rollers.
The distance between the lower cylinder, the blade-blade and the upper cylinder is regulated by a handwheel located on the right side in front of the operator and is shown on the touch-screen display. The leather seal pressure, exerted by the upper cylinder during processing, can be adjusted by the knob and shown on the pressure gauge, both on the control panel in front of the operator.
An optional carpet is available that transports the worked leather near the operator under the bench.
Boarding Machine model TEX

In order to ensure a quick disassembly and reassembly of boarding cylinders (extraordinary maintenance), while maintaining the necessary rigidity. The opening / closing pallet moves on two steel wheels and is made from a special aluminum profile, on which the blade components are mounted. This solution provides the rigidity of the pallet with the limiting weight of the assembly down.
The opening / closing movement is executed by the electric motor, connected to a connecting rod-crank system. The machine blade closed position is regulated by two places. With a single control knob.
The boarding cylinders are both conventional and conventional, and have independent motor and are variable and controllable electronically through the special touch-screen display. The boarding machine is on the right side facing the operator and is displayed on the touch-screen display. The skin-tight pressure, exerted by the cylinder in the process of being controlled by the knob and shown by the pressure gauge
Optionally is available, to a carpet in the vicinity of the pallet.
