Polishing / Buffing machine hydraulic through feed model
New polishing machine with open sides. Working widths available 1200 mm. Operation by eletronic and hydraulic controls. Working roller of wide dimensions, with possibility, on request, of speed deviations by inverter, in order to obtain the maximum versatility of machine in variou works. Trasport roller by hydaulic control, with possibility of automatic operation or by a manual control selector. Leathers conveyor belt, with possibility of recciving worked leather or in the front ad in the back. Speed of belt adjustable in both ways. Aspiration placed both above working area and under this one, in order to obtain the maximun dusts aspiration. Closing by hydraulic control. Leather thickness control by a cervant-system having a hydraulic electronic operation, with visualizator. Double security system, composed by pneumatic barrier and microswitch. Elecrtonic plantwith C.E.E. riles completely, placed in a board at tin keeping. The machine can be equipped by the following roller:
- a) Amber-Naxos roller.
- b) Cloth roller with or without grooves
- c) Felt roller with or without grooves
- d) White cioth roller with oscillator
